Chair Exercise
Seated strength and mobility — gentle, safe and accessible if standing exercise is difficult.
Aqua Aerobics
Full-body cardio in the warm pool — easy on the joints, and a lot of fun in a group.
Walk Club
A free, social walk through the beautiful Groenkloof Estate to stretch your legs and meet other members.
